Question: In what way has the FCC enforced the rules against "inappropriate" broadcasting?Where cant the FCC flex its strength?
Answer: Fees and contracts are given to public broadcasts so that any show in violation of these rules gets hit hard financially. The FCC has been kept from anything privately paid for or used such as Serious Satellite Radio and Pay Per View/ HBO.
agreed. i definitely think the FCC should be a little more excepting for topics that are important and tryin to feed a positive message.
